We congratulate You with buying the permit on Resort Complex “Gamma”. To make Your vacation become a truly enjoyable and give You only joyful experience, we ask You to carefully read some of the rules of stay in our resort:

Resort Complex “Gamma” works round the clock and year-round.
To accommodate You need to carry just one document proving Your identity (passport, driver’s license, military ID). You will need to complete a guest registration card when You took out.

Allocation possible just when You have paid 100% of fee for accommodation. If You have paid for Your accommodation by non-cash payment, please bring a copy of payment with the bank stamp on it.

Your reservation is guaranteed if you have paid fully at least one day or the weight of the rest period before the expected arrival. But if you did not come to that date and have not canceled your reservation one day prior to arrival, than the amount paid out will be charged the daily room rate.

With non-guaranteed reservations (without pre-payment) if you do not timely confirmed my reservation and not informed about the late stage of arrival, reservation is canceled at 6:00 p.m. on the date of arrival, local time.

After You have completed the guests registration card and paid for Your accommodation the registrator will give You electronic key from your room, guests card, check for the permit and bracelet. Action of Your key will finish at 12:00 a.m. on the date of your departure. That’s why if You will decide to continue your staying, please don’t forget to inform the reception. You will pay according next rules:
* No more than 6 hours after checkout time – hourly pay
* From 6 to 12 hours – fee for half a day.
* More than 12 hours – fee for full day.

Electronic key will serve You for entry into the body and in the number. If You will lose the key You have to contacting reception. For keeping Your valuables use individual electronic safe in your room. For the safety of our guests in the entire complex is video surveillance (except rooms and WC).

If You decide to invite friends which are not staying in the Complex, You’ll be able to do this in the period from 8:00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. Herewith, in order to avoid misunderstanding we advice Your guests to register in the reception.

On all matters related to the contents, equipment and cleaning rooms, electrical work and plumbing fixtures, you should contact the registrar on duty. In case of loss or damage of the complex property, guests compensate the damage caused. Our Resort is territory of Health and more of our guests lead a healthy lifestyle. Besides that there are many women and children on the territory. So we ask our guests to smoke in special places in order not to cause inconvenience not smokers.

Checkout hour in our Complex is determine at 12:00 a.m. Accommodation in the Complex is made from 2:00 p.m. If You arrive without prior booking before 12.00 a.m. and, herewith there are empty rooms in the Complex, we’ll be glad to dispose You for free. But if You want to use all set of service under “Ultra All Inclusive” (without waiting for the onset 12:00 a.m.) the registrar will give You guests’ bracelets after You have paid for accommodation:
- From 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. – 900 rub/person
- From 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. – 450 rub/person
If you have to leave our complex earlier than planned, we will compensate you the unused funds.
If You have bought the permit to travel agency or to representatives of Resort Complex “Gamma”, than we’ll compensate You the unused funds according with the agreement.

About the migratory account of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation:

To execute the Law from July, 18th 2006г. № 109-F3 "About the migratory account of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in Russian Federitsii", the hotel makes registration and directs the notice to Federal Migratory service about arrival of the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship in a stay place in territory of the Russian Federation.

Registration cost makes 200 rbl., including the VAT (18 %) and is raised from visitors at arrival in hotel.

Hotel in the right to refuse placing to visitors in the absence of the documents confirming their lawful finding in territory of the Russian Federation, according to the law from July, 18th 2006г. №109-Ф3

In “Gamma” Hotel accommodation with pets prohibited.
In Resort Complex “Gamma” accommodation with pets allowed just in rooms 315 and 316.
In Pension “Svetlana” accommodation with pets allowed in all rooms. The pet must be more than 30 cm in height and weigh more than 5 kg.
Visit with pets, place food services (restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.), as well as indoor and outdoor pools, recreation centers, playgrounds and places where people are forbidden!
